Coach Hatcher:

I would like to personally commend the "Shoot for the Stars" Program and the

United States Army for their commitment and dedication in response to the

staggering high school drop-out rate and on-going violence that is plaguing

our nation's schools.

The "Shoot for the Stars" Program not only provides our youth with viable

career alternatives such as the United States Army but goes a step further

to motivate our youth in making positive career choices and lifestyles.

The Norfolk Public School System looks forward to working with the Champions

4 Champions, "Shoot for the Stars" Program and the United States Army in an

effort to save our youth.
